I am so glad to see the cardigans get some love this season.  I especially like the idea of belting a long one.   Add some heels and you've taken your outfit from librarian to diva.  The belt will enhance your waistline.  Go a little crazy with the choice of a belt and make it fun.  This year, even stores like Kmart is selling cashmere cardigans.
